I attended ExCeLL years ago! does it still count? Do you still have my records?
ExCeLL course credit doesn't expire! ExCeLL has existed since the 1990s. Though our computer databases have changed since then, we still have old paper records, which we are currently entering into our newest database. We will have your records on file either electronically or in hardcopy, even if you attended long ago.
Sometimes past students aren't sure the exact years they attended. Approximations are okay! Just be sure to write the exact church name and location where you attended ExCeLL on your form, and we'll locate your record.

Official or unofficial transcript: Which should I get?
Both types have the same information about your classes, grades, etc., but the official transcript includes the school seal and the signature of the registrar verifying its authenticity. It’s printed on official letterhead and sealed in an envelope with a stamped warning that a broken seal nullifies its authenticity. It is generally sent from our offices directly to the institution or employer (or whomever requires it). The unofficial transcript is not signed or sealed and looks as if it could be typed up on any computer.
As for which type you should get, it depends on what it’s for. If you’re transferring to a university, all universities require an official transcript. Employer requirements vary. If you need a transcript for licensing, most districts require an official transcript as well. If it’s for your personal records, an unofficial copy is generally sufficient.
Both unofficial and official transcripts have the same processing fee, but the fee is waived if you are applying for ministerial licensing.
