Texas Bible College's ExCeLL course requirements align with the latest ministerial license requirements for earning your local, general, and ordination licenses. TBC ExCeLL offers flexibility so that students can choose their preferred plan. This plan contains no general education classes so that prospective ministers can focus only on TBC's Bible and spiritual development classes. 

Texas Bible College welcomes WPF, ALJC, UPCI, and non-affiliated (independent) Oneness Apostolic students. However, our courses align with the latest ministerial licensing requirements of the United Pentecostal Church International (UPCI).
