Earn your associate or bachelor degree
The 2020 Degree Plan as listed below is a hybrid program of Bible and spiritual development courses and 30 credits of general education courses as required for an accredited degree. In addition to learning about theology and ministry in classes, the Christian Ministry Practicum each semester enables students to have hands-on ministerial experience working in their local church and community.
Bible and spiritual development courses are done in a classroom setting in the ExCeLL classroom at the students' church. However, all general education (GE) courses are available online and are taken separately from ExCeLL on an individual basis. They can be taken concurrently with ExCeLL or separately on their own.
30 GE credits are required. Of this, these core GE classes are required: 6 credits of English (2 classes), 3 credits of math, 3 credits of science, and 3 credits of a speech class. The remaining GE classes can be selected based on availability and individual interest, but we do offer suggestions on the schedule below.
To register for online GE classes with Texas Bible College, please contact TBC Online. Students are welcome to also transfer GE academic credit from other colleges and universities to Texas Bible College. If you would like to transfer credit to us, please have your university send an official transcript to us.
